Background:
Per Board Governance Policy 2.11, every fifth year, the Board and its designee shall revisit all of its policies, rules, and procedures to determine their coherence and appropriateness to the present mission of the district. Revisions to Administrative Policy and Procedure 7.17 include updates to the types of alternative programs supported and provide clarity on tuition charges for non-resident students.

Upon approval by the Board, the Office of Board Governance will make and publish revisions to the policy.  
Recommendation
Your Committee recommends adoption of the revisions to Administrative Policy and Administrative Procedure 7.17, Summer Academy.
