Background:
|
The Board may retire to executive session under the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 19.85(1)(c), which allows a governing body to go into closed session for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance-evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
The Board may reconvene in open session to take action on matters considered in executive session and/or to continue with the remainder of its agenda. |
