Background:
|
Per Board Governance Policy 2.11, every fifth year, or as needed, the Board and its designee shall revisit all of its policies, rules, and procedures to determine their coherence and appropriateness to the present mission of the district. Policies, rules, and procedures are reviewed in an ongoing bases. The Office of Board Governance, in consultation with the Administration have reviewed the following policy: 1.04: Nondiscrimination Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board reaffirm this policy. |
