Background:
The handling, treatment, and processing of confidential and/or privileged information under the Board is important to the operations of the District. The attached revision to Board Rule 1.18, Legal Representation, provides guidance to the handling of this type of information held by the Board.

Upon approval by the Milwaukee Board of School Directors, the Office of Board Governance will make and publish revisions to the policy.
