Background:
The Administration recommends revisions to Administrative Policy 5.04: Use of Drones on School Property to allow for students and staff to use drones for educational and extra-curricular activities in and on district property with prior authorization and proper safety precautions.  
Fiscal Impact Statement:
No fiscal impact.  
Implementation and Assessment Plan:
Upon approval by the Board, the Office of Board Governance will make and publish revisions to the policy.  
Recommendation
Your Committee recommends that the Board approve the revisions to Administrative Policy 5.04: Use of Drones on School Property.
