The revisions made to Administrative Policy 7.38, Balanced Assessment Systems, primarily clarify the roles and responsibilties within the Balanced Assessment System. These revisions aim to enhance the policy's clarity, inclusivity, and effectiveness in guiding assessment practices. Upon board approval, the Office of of Board Governance will make and publish revisions to Administrative Policy 7.38 and implement Administrative Procedure 7.38.  
Recommendation
The recommendation is that the Board approve revisions to Administrative Policy 7.38 and approve implementation of Administrative Procedure 7.38.
