Attached for the Board's review and action are revised minutes of the Board's special and regular meetings of August. At its September 2023 Regular meeting, the Board held approval of the August 2023 minutes, pending corrections. The revised minutes for August 2023 have been amended to correct incidental grammatical errors. Material amendments were made on pages 243 and 299 and are denoted in double-underline.
