Background:
|
The Employee Handbook contains a provision that allows for employees that also serve as collective bargaining representatives to be released from work or obtain a leave under certain conditions. The Administration is seeking to update the language regarding union leaves and releases to provide more clarity as it relates to purpose and process. |

Implementation and Assessment Plan: |
Upon approval by the Board, the Administration will update the Employee Handbook with the attached revisions to the union leave/release provision. |
