Background:

The Office of Board Governance is requesting a closed session in order to consult with legal counsel who is rendering advice regarding litigation in which the Board is, or is likely to become involved.
The closed session is requested pursuant to:
Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) which allows a governmental body to enter into a closed session to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. |
