Background:
The Superintendent is requesting approval of the proposed revisions to the district organizational chart to achieve greater efficiency in overall district operations.  
Fiscal Impact Statement:
The proposed revisions to the organizational chart have no fiscal impact.  
Implementation and Assessment Plan:
Upon approval by the Board, the proposed organizational changes will be implemented.  
Recommendation
Your Committee recommends that the Board approve the proposed revisions to the district organizational chart as outlined in the attachment to this item.
