Recommended for the Board's approval at this meeting are the following exception-to-bid contracts:
Rooted MKE, LLC DBA Rooted MKE for children’s books, MTH-0-1-9B4-CI-ETXB =$59,771.25;
Purchase Order to Scholastic Book Fairs for books for the Library Literacy Initiative, HPE-0-I-LAM-DW-ENCQ =$57,533.39;
