MPS exercised the first option year for the contract, with the first extension running from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. The second contract extension running from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. This third contract extension will run from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, with the same terms and rates. The total cost of the contract term will not exceed $810,000.
