Background:

Recommended for the Board's approval at this meeting are the following professional services contracts:
Goodwill Talentbridge, LLC for Contingent Staffing Services, various budget codes, $3,750,000;
Accounting Equipment Corp DBA AE Business Solutions for IT Support Services, TSV-0-0-TLN-DW-ECTS, $350,000;
The Administration recommends that the Board authorize the professional services contracts as set forth in the attachments to this item.
