3. In regard to Item 2 of the Reports and Communications from the Board Clerk/Chief Officer, Office of Board Governance, the Board, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(g), may retire to Executive Session to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
The Board may reconvene in open session to take action on matters considered in executive session and/or to continue with the remainder of its agenda.
