Background:
|
A closed session is requested for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Board who is rendering rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
The Board may reconvene in open session to take action on matters considered in executive session and/or to continue with the remainder of its agenda.
This request is made pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g).
