Attached for the Board's review and approval action are the minutes of the Board's special and regular meetings of the April 2022 Special and Regular Meetings.
In addition, at the April Regular meeting, a discrepancy was noted on page 777, relative to a roll call vote. The correction has been made and is attached for approval.

Upon the Board's approval, the Office of Board Governance will make the necessary correction to the March 2022 proceedings. The March 2022 and April 2022 proceedings will then be published.
