Background:
|
At the request of President Bob Peterson, a special meeting has been called for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Board who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
Wisconsin Statutes, ยง19.85(1)(g), allows a governmental body to retire to a closed session for the purpose stated above.
The Board may reconvene in open session to take action on matters considered in executive session.
