Background: The following purchase order is attached for approval: Finalsite for a major district-wide website systems upgrade and annual support/maintenance, INF-0-0-TLN-DW-EMTC =$555,000.00.
Fiscal Impact Statement: This item authorizes expenditures as indicated in the attachments.
Implementation and Assessment Plan Upon approval by the Board, the purchase order will begin as indicated in the attachments.
Recommendation: Your Committee recommends that the Board 1. waive Administrative Policy 3.09(9)(e); and 2. authorize the purchase order as set forth in the attachments to this item.
