Background:

Since the Board, by statute, is a continuing body, items of business pending before the Board at the close of its last business meeting of the board year (April 17, 2025) are to be submitted to the Board at its annual organizational meeting for referral to the appropriate Committees or for other disposition, as the Board sees fit.
