Background:
|
In December 2021, Administration, in collaboration with the Office of Board Governance and the Office of Accountability and Efficiency, requested a response for proposals to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of charter schools. Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) responded to the request. This report will provide the proposed scope of work to complete the evaluation of charter schools and its impact on Milwaukee Public Schools.
