Background:

This MOU would serve as the written consent for Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) and the Milwaukee Health Department (MHD) to jointly aid in reconciliation of immunization records, support communicable disease control and investigate blood lead poisoning records. The information would comply with the requirement in federal and state law and Resolution 241848.
