Background: Per Board Governance Policy 2.11, every fifth year, or as needed, the Board and its designee shall revisit all of its policies, rules, and procedures to determine their coherence and appropriateness to the present mission of the district. The Administration has reviewed Administrative Policy 6.28 and made revisions. It is recommended that the Board approve revisions to this policy.
Fiscal Impact Statement: No fiscal impact
Implementation and Assessment Plan Upon approval by the Board, the Office of Board Governance will make and publish revisions to the policy.
Recommendation: The Administration recommends that the Board approve the revisions to Administrative Policy 6.28 Resignation: Staff.
