Background:

In March 2023, the Board adopted Resolution 2223R-014 on an Early Years Success Center.
In accordance with the resolution, the attached report provides the timeline, description, the necessary planning, and a detail of the anticipated costs. |

Fiscal Impact Statement:
|
|
The proposed expenditures for the Early Years Success Center is outlined below, and will be a part of the FY24 budget cycle: $1,633,824 for the 2023-24 school year; $2,154,225 for the 2024-25 school year; and $2,447,815 for the 2025-26 school year. |
