Background:
|
Revisions to Administrative Policy 8.23 Weapons in the Schools reflect changes in the Student Code of Conduct Definitions. The proposed revisions to Administrative Policy 8.28: Student Discipline codify prior Board action, as part of Resolution 2021-007 adopted in September 2020, regarding suspensions for students below sixth grade. Revisions to Administrative Policy 8.31: Student Suspension clearly articulate due process requirements for suspension. |

Recommendation
