3. Ace World Wide Moving & Storage Co., Inc for Design & Construction for moving/relocation projects as-needed; Code: Various = Not to exceed $1,000,000.00 annually

4. Stormwater Solutions Engineering, LLC for 2023 Green Infrastructure Upgrades Cohort 5 at various MPS sites; Code: Various = $224,675.50

5. Air Quality Report Backup - Summary of ESSER II Project Activities

The Administration recommends that the Board approve the attached contracts, professional services contracts and air quality report.
 
Fiscal Impact Statement:
This item authorizes expenditures for:

Construction Contracts Requested = $540,055.00

Professional Services Contracts Requested = $1,224,675.50
 
Implementation and Assessment Plan:
Upon Board approval, the attached construction contract, professional services contracts, and air quality report shall be executed.  
Recommendation
The Administration recommends that the Board approve the attached construction contract and professional services contracts.
