Background: Milwaukee Public School's vision is to cultivate a positive school climate across the district by enhancing educational communities. Being intentionally strategic, Milwaukee Public Schools employs proactive strategies and interventions, within a multi-tiered system of support, that aims to provide an educational and nurturing platform for all students. The overarching goal is to foster an equitable school climate district wide. School teams and district administration collaborate closely, utilizing up-to-date data to implement best practices with Tier 1 supports, and focus is given to individual students that require additional supports.
