Background:

Recommended for the Board's approval at this meeting are the following professional services contracts:
P&A Administrative Services, Inc. DBA P & A Group to provide administration of health flexible spending account and dependent care flexible spending account for MPS employees, $45,000.00;
National Vision Administrators, LLC (NVA) to provide vision benefits to MPS employees through a fully insured vision plan, $740,000.00;
Brown & Brown Insurance Services, Inc. for employee benefits broker/consultant services, $150,000.00. |
